We have a collection of kits for any gift giving season. The kits are for all different types of products. Get together some friends or just your kids. A great afternoon is only a kit away!

Body Butter Gift Kit

Our Gift Kit series continues with the Paraben Free Body Butter Base. This kit contains jars instead of bottles because the body butter is so thick and rich! This kit contains: one full gallon Paraben Free Body Butter Base thirty 4 fl oz Low Profile PET Jars thirty Size 70 Straight Side Black Lids an Oval Spoon fragrance of your choice: Polynesian Red, Lilac & Lavender, Pixie Dust or Coconut Lime Verbena. and.... LABELS! We use a single fluid ounce of fragrance to scent the full gallon of Body Butter. Stir like crazy with the included spoon. When the fragrance has been thoroughly mixed into the Body Butter, spoon (using a metal soup spoon) the Body Butter directly into the 4 fl oz jars that come in your kit. The Body Butter is scented and ready to go, except you need to apply the label to the jar cap! Need other ideas for filling your jars? Use the technique I use at home. I fill a zipper style bag with some body butter, zip closed then cut a small corner of the bag off, about a 1/2 inch long cut across one corner. I then proceed to use the bag as a pastry style bag to fill the jars. I twist the top of the bag and work the product toward the open corner. Once I have squeezed as much as possible I flatten the bag out and use a rubber scraper on the outside of the bag to force the extra body butter out of the folds and toward the open corner. Be forewarned: you will need strong hands to use this technique! One gallon is 128 fl oz. Due to built in head space in the jar design, we expect you will fill 30 jars and have a bit of body butter left over. I find that when the color is even (no more streaks) that the scent has also been adequately stirred into the base. Economy Lotion Gift Kit

Glycerin Scrub Gift Kit

The Glycerin Scrub Kit is a bit different than the other kits, and that is because the base is different. This base requires either salt or sugar to be added to the base. Most often people add sugar but salt is a fine scrub. If you are using regular granulated sugar we do suggest adding a tablespoon or two of regular salt to the mixture. Sometimes sugar dissolves too quickly and the scrub appears to have a syrupy mixture at the bottom of the jar. This layer is just dissolved sugar and the salt will help stop this visual flaw. This kit contains: one full gallon Glycerin Scrub Base twenty 16 fl oz Deep PET Jars twenty Size 89 Straight Black Lids an Oval Spoon fragrance of your choice: Pink Sugar, Lemon Verbena, Sunflower, or Red Clover Tea. and.... LABELS! We use a single fluid ounce of fragrance to scent the full gallon of Glycerin Scrub Base. We recap and shake like crazy. Now, we add the whole gallon to 8 lbs of granulated sugar or salt, or a combination of both. Stir with the included spoon. More salt or sugar may be added to get to your desired consistency but please remember that your scrub will thicken a bit when allowed to stand overnight. When everything has been thoroughly mixed together, spoon or scoop directly into the 16 fl oz jars that come in your kit. Apply the labels to the caps and the caps to the jars. One gallon is 128 fl oz, but this base is HEAVY! Plan on each 16 fl ounce jar weighing 18 to 19 ounces. Lanolin Lip Solutions Gift Kit

Our Lip Solutions has been a popular base since the beginning days of our catalog. It is premeasured for your lip balm making so you don't need to buy a scale. So, what could we do to make the Lip Solutions better? Make it into a Gift Kit of course! This kit includes: one jar Lanolin Lip Solutions four 10 packs Clear 1/4 ounce Jars four 10 packs White Lids, Size 33 a pack of Small Pipettes Your choice of flavor oil: Vanilla Banilla, Raspberries and Cream, Buttercream, or Sugar Kisses and ... LABELS! The preparations to make this kit do not allow for substitutions. Making the lip balm is easy. Open the jar of Lip Solutions, melt it in the microwave for about 1-1/2 minutes.
